Traffic Systems

When a Traffic System is interfaced with a Multi Function Display the pilot will get a clear picture of other transponder equipped aircraft in the vicinity. A passive traffic systems will listen out for data broadcast by nearby aircraft. Active traffic systems will interrogate the transponder of other aircraft to gather traffic data.
